By creating an account on Botly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Botly for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: spam, harassment, deceptive practices, sharing illegal content, or attempting to disrupt the service.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of all knowledge content (FAQs, files, website text) you provide. You grant Botly a limited license to process this content solely to operate your chatbot.
4. Service Availability
We strive for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
5. Plans & Billing
Subscription plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds for partial periods are not provided.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
7. Limitation Of Liability
Botly is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
